o 1 quart (qt) = 4 cups = 2 pints = 960 milliliters

o 1 gallon = 4 quarts = 3.8 liters

o 1 liter (L) = almost 1 quart

  • Foods That Have Water In Them

o ½ cup ice cream has 60 mL (about 2 oz water)

o ½ cup sherbet has 70 mL (about 2-1/2 oz water)
